Thistle Marble Arch, located just off Oxford Street, takes its name from one of London’s best-known landmarks. Originally built on the Mall as a new gateway to Buckingham Palace, Marble Arch was moved to its present spot in 1851. It’s still pretty exclusive: only members of the royal family and the King's Troop, Royal Horse Artillery, are allowed to pass through it.

Car parking – always at a premium in this part of town - is available close to the hotel at an additional charge. If you feel in need of exercise,  Just Gym workout facilities are available on site – or you can take a walk in Hyde Park, which is just across the road.
